When we consider the fact that God made everything
we affirm His soverignty.  God, who was before time,
and who will be when time is no more, has at His
disposal unlimited power and resources that cannot be
measured.

Moses amplified the majesty of God by declaring;
"Thou hadst been our dwelling place in all generations."
"Before the mountains were brought forth, or ever thou
hadst form the earth and world, even from everlasting
to everlasting, thou art God."

Our God is a great God.

My brothers and sisters, who else could call a universe
into exisence?  Who else could form man?  Who else
could order the sun to shine by day and the moon by
night?

We sing the song, "How Great Thou Art;" and
rightfully so.  There is no problem that God can't solve,
no sorrow that He can't heal, no tear that He can't dry,
and no burden that He can't lift.  When I examine the
omnipotence of God, I have reached the conclusion that
there is nothing too hard for God...my brothers and
sisters, what about you?

In Him,

Reverend John O. Veasey, Jr.
